Guarantee

We believe in the quality and differentiation of the products we sell and we are at your side if any of our products do not meet the quality standards we impose. We give you full freedom to exercise your rights in accordance with the conditions of access to the guarantee expressed here.

Professional Use

For products purchased by companies or professionals for commercial or professional purposes, the general regime of the Civil Code applies, which provides for a 6-month warranty for hidden defects. The customer must report any defect within this period. If the defect is confirmed, the selling company will proceed with the repair or replacement , if applicable. Products that have been used or subjected to adverse conditions of use will be analyzed by specialized technicians, and, if misuse is determined, the costs of repair or replacement will be borne by the customer.

End Consumer

Products sold to end consumers benefit from a 3-year legal warranty , in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18. In the event of a defect or lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract , at no additional cost. The defect must be communicated to the seller within a maximum period of two months after its detection .

Mixed Use Products (Personal and Professional)

If a product is purchased by a professional entity but also used for personal purposes, it may benefit from the end consumer guarantee conditions. However, the buyer must provide clear proof that the purchase was made as a consumer , such as an invoice in an individual name without a company tax number. In the absence of this proof, the reduced 6-month guarantee for professional use will apply.
